MUNICIPAL ELECTION

The Sevier County Election Commission will meet on Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at 4:30 p.m. at the Sevier County Voting Machine Warehouse to certify the results of the May 10, 2011, City of Pigeon Forge Municipal Election and the Liquor By the Drink Referendum.

The Sevier County Election Commission will open and hold the City of Pigeon Forge Municipal Election and the Liquor By the Drink Referendum in Sevier County on Tuesday, May 10, 2011. The hours for this election are from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. The polling places for said election are as follows:

City of Pigeon Forge
Municipal Election

The Sevier County Election Commission will open and hold the City of Pigeon Forge Municipal Election and Liquor By the Drink Referendum on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Pigeon Forge City Hall precinct in Sevier County.

Early Voting will be from April 20, 2011, through May 5, 2011, at the Election Commission Voting Machine Warehouse at 1145 Dolly Parton Parkway, Sevierville, TN. The hours for Early Voting are as follows:

Monday - Friday -10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
Saturday - 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon

City of Pigeon Forge
Municipal Election

The Sevier County Election Commission will open and hold a Municipal Election for the City of Pigeon Forge in the Pigeon Forge City Hall precinct on Tuesday, May 10, 2011. Persons who are 65 years of age or older and voters who are handicapped or disabled and whose polling place is not accessible may choose to vote during Early Voting, to vote by absentee ballot or to vote at the Election Commission office on Election Day. If the voter chooses to vote at the Election Commission office on Election Day, they must complete an affidavit at the Election Commission office at least ten (10) days prior to each election. The Election Commission office is located in the Sevier County Courthouse in Room 208-E. The office hours are 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m until 5:00 p.m. The office telephone number is 453-6985. The last day to register to vote in the May 10, 2011, City of Pigeon Forge Municipal Election is Monday, April 11, 2011.
